Shipping
Most orders ship within 5–20 business days. RedLeg3D is a small shop: every piece is printed, finished, painted and stenciled by hand in small batches, and the shop runs alongside our other work commitments. Pieces already on the shelf usually go out at the short end of that window; painted, stenciled and larger pieces take longer.
You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Need it by a certain date?
Retirements, PCS moves and ceremonies have deadlines — we get it. Message us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make your date.

International orders
Some countries restrict replica ordnance, even inert, all-plastic display pieces. We can't ship to destinations where these items are prohibited, and any import duties or taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Damaged in transit?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll make it right — see our refund policy.
